By accessing and using Bachata FM (hereinafter "the Service", "we" or "bachata.fm"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Bachata FM is an online radio station broadcasting bachata, merengue and related genres 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also provide news, music rankings and editorial content related to the worldwide bachata scene.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory or illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorised access to Service systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools without prior written permission.

Listening, reading news and voting are free. We do not offer public registration or profiles. Your Internet or mobile provider may charge for data usage.

Voting uses a technical session identifier without asking for your email or password. One vote is stored per song and session: repeating the same choice does not add another vote, and switching choices updates the previous vote. This does not guarantee identifying one person across different browsers or devices.

Do not manipulate rankings using automation, multiple sessions created to inflate results or attempts to bypass limits. We may limit requests and correct votes or counts affected by errors or abuse. Rankings are indicative and do not award prizes or guarantee a position or radio airplay.

The dashboard is reserved for the authorized team. Only administrators may manage content and manually change counts or song availability.

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, design and code — is owned by Bachata FM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written authorisation.

Rights in songs, recordings, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Free access to the site does not grant rights to redistribute or commercially exploit that content.

The contact form stores your inquiry for the team to review. Only submit information you are entitled to share. Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service may include links to third-party websites or external content. We have no control over such content and assume no responsibility for it. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bachata FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
