By accessing and using Bachata FM (hereinafter "the Service", "we" or "bachata.fm"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Bachata FM is an online radio station broadcasting bachata, merengue and related genres 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also provide news, music rankings, event listings and editorial content related to the worldwide bachata scene.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory or illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorised access to Service systems or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use bots, scrapers or other automated tools without prior written permission.

To access certain features (such as voting in the Top 20) you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on the Service — including text, images, logos, design and code — is owned by Bachata FM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without express written authorisation.

Music broadcast is subject to licences from the relevant collective management organisations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC or others).

The Service may include links to third-party websites or external content. We have no control over such content and assume no responsibility for it. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bachata FM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after posting constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
